For some time, I have been an armchair critic of people making and selling pizza, and now that School is running a trip to Peru it feels like the perfect time to get up and start making some pizza as a way of fundraising.

I could ask people for money or get a job, but I wanted to start a business.

So here we are, I’ll be hosting events and fundraising by cooking the perfect pizza
